This facial incorporates moisturizing amino acids, complex sugars & minerals extracted from seaweed to renew the skin’s ability to hold water. Reservations
For convenience and flexibility, we recommend that you schedule your spa session in advance.
Please call (248) 349-9003, our spa coordinators will be happy to recommend and schedule a spa experience specifically for you.

Cancellations
Because we reserve the Journey specifically for you, we ask you to give 24 hours advance notice, should you need to change or cancel your appointment. Cancellations made less than four hours before scheduled time we be billed at 50% treatment rate. No shows will be billed at full treatment rate.

Consultation
An individual consultation with technical staff will give you the opportunity to talk one on one and receive professional advice about your new service.

Special Etiquette
We suggest you arrive at your Journey at least 20 min before your scheduled appointment, providing you with sufficient time to change. A robe, slippers, and lockers will be provided upon arrival.

Gratuity
For your convenience, envelopes are provided at the front desk should you wish to leave a cash gratuity.
